Don't we use 3 tanks on PW?
Eh dunno about now, but before if you were on the aggro list and in melee range, if you had the highest HP you were getting hatefulled, regardless of "amount" of threat.
I love you choco.

I hate to rebump this thread.. but while browsing forums, I found this lovely GC quote that sums up what I've been saying about healing:
GhostCrawler Wrote:Healing meters are a silly way of measuring healer performance. Often it's when and who you heal that is much more important than how much you heal. But measuring healing is very difficult, so players tend to go back to meters. I agree that if a team is beating the boss then their setup works.

It's well known GC is an idiot, and even though healing meters may be a "silly" way to measure performance of healers, it still is the best indicator we have of a healer's performance. When I look at meters I take into consideration a lot of things such as a healer's focus (average number of players they are healing), effective HPS, cross healing, raw HPS, sticking to their assignment, overhealing, HPM, ratios of skills and abilities, who heals whom, absorption mechanics used, etc. and the tool I use even more than healing meters is Grim Reaper, because when somebody dies I can see if it's a healers fault or not and that's what healers do they keep people alive, just some are much better than others at doing it which is usually apparent from healing meters and statistics.
