too bad you wasted your moneys tho. Best Buy purposely makes a bad typo .. strangely it's 9.99 instead of 9999.. so that way they get publicity and an increase in people going to their site for a time. Theen in their disclaimer.. they say that they have the right to revoke such price mistakes and "refund" your money. It's like they knew it would be an issue.
When will you see the money you spent on your credit card? Couple months. When will you see the tv's? In the store.

Best Buy fucks up prices all the time, they wont sell it to you if its wrong, they do this a lot around Christmas too.
