ICC DKP - Firecrest - 12-08-2009
DKP has been normalized to ~100 DKP.
For the new people, this basically means that we greatly reduce everyone's DKP while still maintaing the same order it was in. We do this with each new patch so that people with tons of DKP going into a new tier won't get 3-4 items before others even get one. They will, however, still have first dibs before they're back down with everyone else.
DKP rules will remain as they are. 5 DKP for every 30 minutes in raid and 10 for each boss kill. Half DKP for main spec and quarter DKP for off.
We are using one table going forward.

Following the DKP normalization, I've decided to reduce the cost of TotGC loot. 1/4 DKP for main spec and free for off. TotC Normal will remain free rolled.
