This, in my opinion is our biggest problem. I don't know how this can be fixed other than switching faster/saving cooldowns/not sucking. One or two people doing more dps makes a huge difference.

I still think we should only single target the furthest > 50% HP, which will typically be the last one to get a hoj, and cleave the rest with a set stun order, 3 pally hojs then 3 kidneys. Most classes have single target ramp ups and would actually do more DPS cleaving.

Letho wasn't there the whole time either yet he still did more damage than people that were present for the entire raid.

So I decide to armory Gouken to see why hes doing so shitty dps wise. Hes logged out in farming clothes. That must be why.
