The funny part is that I get a bad rap for kicking people but all I ever do is kick out the randoms that no one knows. It's always other people that go kick happy on the people they don't like.

As far as what I assume prompted this thread in the first place...
Some people dont need or deserve the ranks they have attained in the guild. Now we all know ranks are meaningless here in WLPH so perhaps I'll rephrase: Some people, as a result of their rank, now have more control over guild happenings than they should ever be given. But between DKP, attendance and metallica... wlph has bigger problems than one of it's oldest problems. lewl.
