We're not deciding this on a whim. As I said everyone be online tommorow that wants to raid with the guild and we'll take it from there. If we don't do 25 tommorow we'll split into 10 mans for the week. The officers will make up the 10 mans so they're even, and then we'll do 25 a week from tommorow when everyone is geared.

There is clearly a division of opinion when it comes to 10 v 25.
Abe will appreciate the following:
The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.
With all due respect Furly, majority should rule. The decision shouldn't be made on a whim, we should make the decision based on what people want. I am of like mind with you in that I prefer 25 man.
I want to see what the raiders want, not what one or two vocal individuals want. All of the officers should want to know the same, in order to determine how to best lead the guild.
I'm not suggesting we plan for anything other than a 25m tomorrow and that certainly isn't the intent of this thread.

I think 10m will be more difficult, set up by cliches and cause more friction between players, feel less epic and satisfying, and we already are a 25m guild with the foundation and intention to do 25m. So I vote 25m and ASAP.
At 8 PM server time Tuesday (our standard raiding time) we will attempt to fill a 25m and attempt to gauge where we are at with 25 mans.

IMHO I think we should do 10's for a few more weeks. 1) It's ridiculously easier to get a 10 man going/scheduled compared to a 25. 2) We get more random loots from having multiple groups going [rather than having 3 of the same thing drop in 25]. Most importantly 3) I don't necessarily "perfect" a mechanic unless I have died to it a couple of times, and most people are the same way no matter how e-baller they think they are. 25 means that more people are gonna fuck up more times causing more wipes. So I think it would be beneficial to practice/down bosses as 10 before we go on to 25.
