Also, congrats lawler. Saw that 2nd pic of yours a while ago and meant to complement you. I'm not quite @ your first pic.. but could definitely lose 20 lbs or so. Was maintaining pretty well for a couple years where I wanted to be.. then I found digiorno's for a couple months.

If I was shoveling delicious excess calories into my gullet I would. While on a restricted caloric intake Ive been lucky to have enough energy to finish my planned workouts for the day. Not even mention the 5/3/1 protocol suggests separate days for each compound lift AND I DECIDED TO FIT THEM INTO 2 DAYS O LIFTIN
