Really? There are a few hidden gems. A leaked screenshot with a very nice looking new Pally set has me hopeful that they may have gone back to BC style armor and realized that the faux complexity they've added to armor sets the past two expansions looks like shit in their cartoon game. It's also nice that they've stolen AoE looting from SW:TOR (who probably stole it from someone else).

But I'm wary of a lot too. This thing where only loot that you want can drop is kinda iffy. It was always frustrating when you've needed something from a boss for three months and all he drops is shit no one can use. But that's part of the game. The anticipation was part of the excitement. And now, people will just blow through content that much faster when it only takes a month to gear your character.

And then there's nonsense like Farmcraft. And bullshit like this:

•The final boss is Yan-Zhu the Uncasked a beer elemental.

So whats the point of this game without meaningful competition?

After being knocked out of "competitive" raiding, then the corruption of competitive pvp(in all forms) and a lack of any serious server community whats keeps you still playing?
