I think this map is from the 90's. At that point, we had assumed that A) Castro would be dead by now and we'd take back all our cool old cars (and some cigars) and call it good or B) we'd have to nuke the whole place.

Unfortunately, he's a healthy fucker (and has a brother - who knew?) and, apparently, Plan B is frowned upon nowadays. So we've resigned ourselves to what little amusement we can get out of piling their refugees up in Florida until a hurricane comes along and takes out the trash.
