Blizzard spends way too much time on community feedback and interviews; the issues with Diablo and WoW are so obvious that they should be spending their resources expanding the content and fixing the apparent issues rather than talking about them. The community just beats a dead horse and Blizzard's PR give players a small enough glimpse of hope to keep them playing. I honestly think they released Diablo half-assed on purpose so they could slowly fix it over time and call the fixes "updates" to keep people interested. Communication between players and developers is never a bad thing but maybe I just expect too much from Blizzard. :roll:

They're hiring back phone support reps in California now due to shortage.. the place they told us they didn't WANT any CS to be left in when they did layoffs. Just poor decisions in everything all around.
