you want real criticism? specialize your training and stop being a cunt. You have here 35lb goblet squats with farmer carries for reps. This is leg stamina, moderate cardio, and grip training. Could you do this better in a single 10min segment? Yes. Is this a movement that can be modified to become either easier or harder? Yes.
In summary of physical use, this is a decent group of movements that would be better utilized in a longer routine and would only be applicable as a method of physical activity if one lacked sufficient time for longer routines or lacked sufficient musculature to continue activity past the 10min mark. This is basic simple routine and should be displayed in a better format. Preferably with distance, reps and names of the individual motions involved. Also you dont even need kettlebells for this movement, dumbbells could be replaced quite easily.
The comparison to crossfit in your last post is interesting because their bland one routine fits all needs type of programing is fairly similar to your "supposed" workout ideals(as portrayed in your few posts).

You guys time these conversations pretty well. Every time I start thinking, "Man, I should start working out for real" I read one of these discussions and all the gay shit you guys say makes me change my mind.

No clue who you are, Don't really care either.
Skimmed over your video. Main things, you are wearing really bad shoes for squatting. Go barefoot over those. You claim you know what proper form is and are getting really irate at lawler yet he tries to give you proper advice.
You have really poor hamstring / hip flexibility, there is no tightness in your back at all ( note the buttwink ). You are also breaking at the knees as opposed to the hips, look into hip drive.
These are the very basics of squatting.

You're welcome lawler...btw I did 64 front squats with 70lbs and 160 yds worth of farmer walks in less than 8 min, you should easily beat that bro
So im not sure if me posting videos of my self completing 64 front squats and then farmers walking 160yrds is going to get you to realize that you need to specialize your training for your own needs.
But I guess ill do it just for you baby cakes, anything special you want me to wear?

It's funny though because at the place I work, the closest bathroom to my office is the one that serves our in house gym. But I go to one further away because too much naked old dude.
