Ret Paladin. - Tofuman - 11-18-2008
1. Your in-game name (and alts):
Tofuman - Also currently on Emerald Dream Server
2. Class, spec, profs, and off specs you have gear for (include resistance sets):
Retribution Paladin, Mining/Blacksmithing, HAD full shadow resist, full healing set, and full prot set. (Now that the expansion is out, im working on building all those back up)

N/A right now, sorry.
5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know all fights you will be brought to. What is your raid experience (Vanilla WoW, TBC, Wrath):
Everything fully cleared excludeing sunwell. (Only hit a few bosses in there.)
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving:
Nathrezim - left to join Sputes on his server. IRL friends.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 6-10 ST Sunday through Thursday, if you can’t please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times:
Im on all the time, not being on wont be an issue.
8. Explain what puts you at the top, we raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What seperates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are!
For starters, i have always been a retribution paladin. (Not a rerolled-ret just because of the patch) i do pride myself in topping dps / damage charts even though its hard when hunters are around lol. i have a very consistant dps - and make for a very viable support class aswell.

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? (only part Abec cares about(Srsly))
I enjoy raiding. I need a guild where people get shit done, and you guys do. Plus Zoia's a Pro.

Another IRL. Hes a pretty good ret paladin and seeing as sanderz is prot right now idk what spec hes gana end up raiding as.

That's not what was said at all. Sanderz is our current raiding Ret Paladin. Zoia mentioned that he thought Sanderz was going Prot. Which would potentially leave a spot open for you. However, Abe said that Sanderz was staying Ret (the "he" in Abe's comment is Sanderz - not you).
One Ret Pally is the most we'd ever want to take to a raid (as a second one is nothing more than sub-par dps with no added utility) and we already have a regularly raiding Ret Pally.
I dunno. Maybe it was hard to follow, but it all made sense to me.

sub-par dps? i maintain over 2200 dps in most raids. i mean compared to a good hunter i suppose "sub-par" for a lack of better terms would be correct, but i dont consider myself to be sub-par dps, as i am the 2nd highest in most raids, next to my guilds hunter. just though id throw it out there. but by all means i do agree with 1 ret / raid, just thought id try my luck with yall. but keep me in mind, as i would like to raid with you guys.

Judging by http://wowwebstats.com/pzpbca33qsupy?s=304873-358152 with your dps, you'd barely beat a pug rogue, two Death Knights who hit 80 a few days ago (and are already doing much more damage than listed there) and the tanks.

i hit 80 3 hours before that raid.

Jesus Christ, ive never seen anything like that LOL. Props to your hunters. i guess i would be consider'd sub-par lol. Anyways, thanks for the time i guess. had a good laugh at myself =P
