Yes, I was basically talking about guild members. I should have been more clear about that. Obviously no one would want a raid full of lousy players, in lousy gear doing lousy dps.

If I had thought your dps wasnt good enough last naxx i would've kicked you on the spot anyway, my dps check is patchwerk and you did just fine.

As far as I'm concerned if you were removed, you shouldn't have been. A "dps requirement" for naxx is fucking stupid. Hands down, fucking stupid. Clearly there are very capable alts (or people returning from an extended breaak) with little or no gear, who will only find said gear by running the entry level wotlk dungeons.
Bringing only geared to players to naxx and enforcing a dps requirement removes the people that genuinely need to be there.
I would also point out that determine is neither a CL or a ROFLCER.
dps req is mostly for non guildies anyway and i keep it because 75% of the raid wants it. My req used to be 2k dps just bcuz i dont want retards in my group but due to half the raid complaining i went up to 2500 then eventually just ended at 2800.
you dont need to have full naxx25 / ulduar epics to pull good dps at level 80, i pulled 2300 the first day i was 80 on my shaman with quest blues and greens as elemental and a few days and tons of heroics later i was pulling 2800 easily.

i think he is refering more to when I dident let him join my 10man maly group. cause thats when he left... and um I booted him coz 1 he was undergeared 2 he dident know fight. and I wanted a quick run and did not want to have to explain anything.
