Sartharion 10 man w/ 3 Drakes This Week - Archlight - 12-08-2008
One of my many motos are "All or Nothing". So fuck 1 drake, fuck 2 drakes, let's go for the gold. I've been watching videos and reading up on the fight extensively. We've all mostly experienced 3 drakes in 25man, and have actually downed 2, which... as smoothly as 2 went I won't be surprised in the least if we get the 3rd down this coming week after only a handful of attempts. So as for this 10man...
I know it's going to take a lot more individual skill and performance than 25. No healers can be carrying other healers, no dps can carry other dps, and tanks being poorly geared just cannot be an issue. Going pretty much by the same raid setup as method, we'd need:
Prot War
Enh Sham
Holy Pally
Holy Priestx2
BM Hunterx2
Feral Druid
Unholy DK
Ret Pally
Now obviously I'm sure we can swap out one class for another depending on what they bring to the raid but as you can see this is a heavy physical dps setup. I made up a sample list of people I think would be good candidates for the run but suggestions are welcome (I'm sure Jack could analyze some WWS reports to give some insight lul
). For the people that do indeed go on this run you all will need to be aware that full consumables will be needed obviously and this may take some time to perfect, aka non-raid time, which from the looks of it most of the people I have in mind, have. So here's my group setup, and for those not included, who knows.. you may be on the next one, or you can very well try and form this yourself, I'm not trying to make it a "the only good people run" or anything, that's just how it has to be, a perfection fight.Line-Up:
Abec - Prot War
Rootbear - Feral Druid
Jackslammer - Holy Pally
Entrapment - BM Hunter
Thorran - BM Hunter
Soup - Unholy DK
Voke - Enh Shaman
Theroj - Holy Priest
Archlight - Holy Priest
[Blank] - Ret Pally
Now I don't know what the hell the drama is with Sanders and stuff, I don't know what his dps is like, and I don't know if there's a good sub for a Ret Pally with a melee heavy setup, but if there are any suggestions or if anyone knows exectly why a Ret Pally is a good choice for this group then speak up. If it's just for replenishment, which I'm doubting it is then we could get an Spriest. ANYWAYS. For those on the list post if your down for this, for those who aren't I promise as long as your dps/healing is up for it I would even gladly give my spot up in weeks to come if we're successful. It'd be cool if we could all get either the 25man or 10man 3 drake mount at one point or another and the more people we get with this title the more we can brag.

I want to run a 10 man Naxxramas and go for achievements and the Undying with a group similar to this one. Sanderz is welcomed to raid with us and I believe I've settled whatever "drama" was created, at least for the time being
