Volunteer Experience
In High School our computer department had a class called St.R.U.T. (Students Refurbishing Used Technology) where we repaired and dismantled old and used computers for charity. I took this class two times and thoroughly enjoyed learning hands on.because obviously no one would hire me with this shitty shit so help me make a false one that seems real and awesome Re: I want a job - Crazy Diana - 07-14-2009 you forgot to mention your 80 shaman/hunter Re: I want a job - Sharfalma - 07-14-2009 Lawler you are missing several large chunks of a good resume, including position objective, skills, and related experience. If you're work experience is lacking, don't make it front and center. You need to mask it with a lot of other fun facts that make them think you are a well rounded person. Also, if the job is customer service you need to emphasize the customer service aspect of all of your jobs. The home delivery and installation job you have listed is a great way to demonstrate your people skills. Talk about that one in detail, that you were in actual people's homes, working with them to install and troubleshoot their products. That'd be a really good point to hit. Here is the resume I used to get my apprenticeship as a game designer, if it helps. You can copy the template if you think it would work for you. Obviously the formatting and font/text style are different in the actual resume. Re: I want a job - Nouhstekehue - 07-14-2009 Every call center needs at least one person who will smack down the fucking jackasses that run up calls stats because their marriage is falling apart. I'm fucking serious. You don't even know.
