This thread is as good as any to drop my bombshell. I was gonna talk to Abe about it tonight but he seemed pretty stressed so I figured I'd wait.
This coming Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, my absolute closest friend is flying across half of America to come stay with me. After those three days he is moving to California with his wife and I will probably never see him again. I know that sounds dramatic but that's honestly a pretty accurate assessment of the situation. That being said, I don't want to be "that guy" who "takes a break" and just gives up for a week. I don't want anyone to have the impression that I'm going anywhere. This is a once in a life time situation where RL is really more important to me than this game.
All this being said, my friend does play WoW (he was even in our guild for a while, haha) and he knows most of you. He was Cassandrial if you remember him. His dream before real life issues prevented him from it was to raid with us. I'm willing to bet at least one of these night's he'd want to sit in and watch us raid. If that's the case I'll be here for a raid, and if not then I'm sorry for the lack of my presence.
