how do i get this raid frame back

if you look in the middle of my screen to the left a little you'll see just the ABEC raid frame, how do I get that back or something similar, I used to depend on it a lot for health warning that I could find at a glance.

drag that shit out of the raid menu, same place you would organize groups

enable "display main tank and main assist"
set your role as tank

You should get one of those HUDs. It's nice for tanks to be able to see their health and the bosses at a glance.

I assume you want it to check your HP and know when to pop cd's or something along those lines. If you want to keep the default looking frames download this mod and you can move your personal frame anywhere and add some nice options to it as well. You could also download Power Auras and make an aura for percentages of your HP with a nice big aura to let you know what's going on.
