If you can't make our raid times and stick around for the entire raid then it is not in the best interest of the guild to gear you out and give you invite priority.

Just try and let people know ahead of time about your attendance so we can make adjustments before it becomes an "oh shit we have no hunters, where the fuck is lawler?" while waiting to fill the last spot in a raid.
