I heard gear fixes bad. Just look at Aseic. We geared him out and he stopped dying every 30 seconds.

I just looked at your armory, and any decent mage could do twice your dps with a fraction of the gear you have. There are many things gear just can't fix.

This application actually includes the answers to all the questions, not answered very thoroughly, but given Rennage has been sitting in guild as a friends rank and pugging with us for a couple weeks or so I'm not sweating it as long as Rennage knows what to expect.

Every raid I've been in with Rennage he has done very well as DPS and I am glad that he apped. I'm curious as to how well he can tank.
