Its incredibly fun. Completely over the top, it makes no attempts to be realistic and if you play it you'll love that about the game. The voice acting/story is total crap, but those elements take such a back seat to the free roaming, blow up everything, clusterfuck of fun you probably wont even notice.

The game world is fucking HUGE too, just monstrous. Im completely loving the game.
