359 ilvl and 12/12 normal mode experience are almost required at this point, and not to mention we have a reliable and competent healer roster so any recruit I'd grab to heal better be damn good at off-specs as well.

Like Masc said your welcome to join us and trial but we aren't going to catch you up and I can't say we have a spot unless you can sustain competitive DPS as well.
