Every time I step outside, some fucking nagger asks me for a fucking quarter or a smoke. Without fail, every single one has asked since I've lived here (except one old guy one time @ like 3 a.m. but I don't think he remembered what he was supposed to 'do due' to his intense intoxication). So I figured I would ask first as an experiment.
