Yet they'd rather listen to the bad, casual, "i want epix", very loud minority.

While I also hate what Blizz is doing, it's pretty clear that casuals are actually the majority, not the minority. I'm unhappy that they've chosen not to cater to me anymore, but I can't really dispute the fact that they're making decisions based on what will please the most people.
