5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Coming from a previous top 200 US raiding guild, I do have the knowledge of all encounters and several hard modes. As of late, the hardest hard mode I have completed would have to have been Thorim, simply because you have to have almost perfect positioning, great tanks, responsive healers, and keep the attempts going until Sif decides to stop RNG gibbing random clothies (no healers can respond to 25k damage in 2-3 seconds excluding latency).
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Requiem / Kil'jaeden - Joined near the beginning of WotLK. They had good runs every week, but once Ulduar hit and I was able to see how they progressed I deemed them unacceptable.
Greatly Exaggerated / Korialstrasz - Transferred after leaving Requiem. They already had Ulduar cleared. Downed Hodir-Hard, Thorim-Hard with them, and got extremely close to XT-Hard and Iron Council-Hard. Unfortunately, the GM decided to follow in the main officer's footsteps, quit the game, and basically disband the guild, which came as a shock to me since they had apparently been around a while. You may contact Halomyr if he is ever online anymore.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
If it is assumed, then it is true.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
Although it's nice to have dps wars with my favorite guildies, getting what needs to get done done right is always my first priority. Don't be expecting me to try and outdps the feral druid on XT-002 if a life spark is in the raid or if scrap bots are 5 feet from the boss. I take pride in the fact that I joined the game late (during 2.4.3), but that at the same time I know more about my class than many of the other mages who have been playing a lot longer. I have an extremely high learning curve and learned most of everything I need to know to raid at peak efficiency within my first few months of serious raiding. If I ever make a mistake, which is rare, there is an even rarer chance that it will ever happen again. Although I am still feeling a bit distraught over a great guild's recent death, I do not feel all hope is lost as many of my other now previous guildies do, but I hope to rekindle and move on to a new, better, and stronger guild.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

I click to make portals and conjure mana strudels.
10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I was searching the top US guilds that may currently need a mage and came across WLPH. Your website intrigued me with its ingenuity and I think it is the most unique one I've ever seen.
11. Add anything else you think we’d find interest, such as you’re a GM, you recorded WWS for your old guild, you were an officer or did assignments in a past guild, tracked DKP and distributed loot, or anything else noteworthy
