Your gear is not anywhere near where it needs to be, we're currently working on Algalon and your gear isn't close to being ready for that. Also you need to replace Glyph of Garrote with Glyph of Rupture or Glyph of Tricks of the Trade. Your main (your druid) hasn't even cleared Ulduar. I don't think we can use you for our main raids.
