Was it 7 or 9 that had alot of built up hype about it? 9 comes to mind but it might have been 7. Either way, there's still way to much hype and conspiricy theories built up around the whole ordeal. Alot of which center around either big corperate business coming out largely financially ahead, along with the bush administration to gain uproarious support as a means to be able to comfortably occupy iraq and other middle eastern countires.
