Well we only need seven healers for a few fights and we just have Kannagi or Thirdimpact go restoration for them. Searia is also available as a moonkin/restoration druid and Ihealftw as a disc/holy priest. So we have 8 healers and a couple offspecs for 6-7 healing spots.
