Just as a suggestion to your elemental spec, drop convection and put the points in elemental warding and either improved fire nova or guardian totems, since at your level of gear, mana is not an issue. Resto gear looks good, specs look fine otherwise, gems are based on a haste build for chain heals in resto gear. Nothing really negative to say, other than at the moment we look pretty solid on raiding shamans, so I'm sorry to say, we just got no main spots for you at the moment. If you still wanted to xfer ally anyway, we could still ginvite you, but just know it won't be in a main raider capacity.
