also.. the only reason whaling is illegal is because you can't legally fish or hunt w/out a license.. and you can't get a license to hunt / fish up whales in Nebraska.. sooo it's thereby illegal.
It's also illegal for you to ride a bicycle faster than 55 mph on country roads. In fact.. it's illegal to go faster than 55 mph on a country road in any sort of vehicle.
It's illegal to drive a car out of a flying plane sans parachute. Attempted suicide is illegal
"stupid" laws really aren't stupid.. it's just the people who use wacky interpretations of them.
