To much hit for bad gear.
Neck is trash.
No shoulder enchant.
Worst gem on your back I have ever seen.
Fucked up Destro spec. "why suppression when you have > 15% hit?"
Fucked up gem in robe.
What is that gem in your legs? Again you are past max hit.
Alchemy does nothing for you or the raid as a sub par dps class "warlock".

You were probably looking at his PvP spec instead of his PvE spec. Notice the selection of PvP talents in his one spec. His PvE spec is similiar to your destro spec, minus a few choices that you made that are probably better in the demo portion of the tree.
