These so called "bads" everybody claims are infecting the guild need to be called out, if you don't have the balls to tell them they are fucking horrible and to GTFO, and especially if their friends (in their comments) don't defend them when they are called out, then I'll remove them myself.
There are actually a lot of friends ranks that are decent players and benefit our guild name, but simply can't dedicate the time to raiding or we don't have a spot for them.
Casual calls their friends rank Casual/FnF, the FnF meaning friends and family. Now our friends rank consists of friends, family, friends of friends, bad casuals, and good casuals. I say we remove the friends of friends if they are bad and the bad casuals, maybe add a PUG rank to promote the good casuals to even, or just consider the long term good PUGs members.
Mini is a fucking asshole and everybody knows that, even he takes great pride in it. Mini is also great DPS (when alive), reliable for raids, and supplies a lot of consumables and mats to the guild. Dealing with an asshole like Mininolan just makes dealing with assholes IRL much less of a concern.
