Gonna assume you're wearing your no hit buff gear, since you're at 11% hit. Obviously this should be toned down to 7% in our raids, because we do have both a hit buff and a dranei for you to be grouped with. We still do 25m TOTGC so drop the point in attunement and put it in IA for twins damage.

You also lack Ice Shards in your Arcane spec, which is somewhat a downer when we need you to AoE and you're only critting for 50% addition instead of 100%.

Finally, you have yet to clear TotC 25m, which is an easily Puggable instance on our realm. You also have yet to do ICC 10/25 which already puts you behind.
