Well, your gear and specs/glyphs are fine. You have herbalism tho, which isn't a dps raid prof. at all and would be better suited for an alt (combine it w/ mining and a 310% mount and ur good to go

imo the way things currently are.. we don't need more warlocks. Why we even bring two is beyond me... but I'm glad for it since that means I get to go to raid
Warlocks just do shit dps atm in comparison to bringing another rogue or mage. Really only need one to provide summons, hs, ss, isb and dp. That said, we currently try to bring two warlocks and the other can't make Wednesdays. Also, Blizzard announced warlock pve dmg is too low and they're looking into it... they've already slightly nerfed the evil rogues in the latest hotfix.. so who knows? Everything else looks pretty solid about you.. if things change you'd get my vote.
I'm sure you could join our pug ranks until then tho to replace some of your fading gear.. latest icc 25 pug cleared up to the new bosses.
