it works like this:


x < 400ArPen -> Agility is the best stat, gem for it
400ArPen < x < 722ArPen -> ArPen is the best stat, gem for it
722ArPen < x -Agility is the best stat, gem for it

(assuming you have scorpion, which you do)

really those agi haste gems should be agi but thats all minimal since you get the socket bonus

edit: rawr says youre missing out on only 5dps by going agi+haste but god knows how accurate that is
