With icc level gear
arp > all until soft cap if you have arp proc trinket (grim troll, mjolnir runestone, whatever the one i have is called)
then agi > all until agi soft critcap (where white hits either crit or glance)
then haste is ~ same as agi because more auto swings gives more clearcasting procs which gives more shreds. It's the only stat other than strength and attack power that would affect white swings at all.
Agi is still better than haste at this point but i put agi/haste in yellow sockets since 6 agi isnt better than 10 haste (so any socket bonus of 4 or more agi is better if you socket an orange gem)
If/when i get a deathbringer's will i will regem probably all of the sockets to armor pen, maybe agi/haste in yellow but i'd have to check rawr
