You're not even close to the HoT haste cap, which is more important than almost any other stat for a resto druid with the 3.3 GotEM change. You have 522 haste and the cap in your spec is 856 (735 if you spec 3/3 Celestial Focus).
The 4pc t10 bonus is decent in some situations I guess, but you didn't even choose the right pieces. Chest or shoulders will be your offpiece, depending. Vestments of Spruce and Fir off the emblem vendor is probably your biggest upgrade right now. All the crit on your current gear is a wasted stat.
23sp on bracers is just laziness and 18spirit on boots is pretty bad. Get Tuskar's Vitality. 12sp/10spirit gems were good in Ulduar, but with how much stats have inflated on gear, regen is really never an issue for a druid with innervate and replenishment. Just glyph innervate if you have mana issues, but I highly doubt that you do. Speaking of glyphs, Wild Growth is the best glyph available to druids, and you're not using it. I also don't understand the gemming in your belt at all.
Whatever, I've only been raiding with WLPH for a few weeks, not like my opinion holds much weight. Just my two cents and some advice on how you could drastically improve your character.
