If your toons were transferred, I wouldn't play them. They'll be restored to a 'pre-transfer' copy that hopefully has everything intact from before the compromising party messed with it, or at least they'll go from there to restore it. In other words, any progress you make on them now will be reverted.
Keep a careful eye on currencies that aren't immediately obvious - badges, honor points, arena points. If they are spent, mention it. You're going to have to recreate arena teams, those can't be reinstated. If you had a toon with a guild bank that was transferred, and the bank's GM position given to another player, petition to have it transferred back to you. If it was disbanded, see if they'll reimburse you for tabs (doubtful).
It depends on how long the queue is right now, but.. last I heard, transfer reversals in compromises took anywhere from 3 days to about a week on average, shooting higher or lower for specific cases. This is as of when the specialist gets a hold of it.
