WLPH is a high end raiding guild and it does not look like you are ready for the content and performance we expect.

Some red flags at quick glance are...
- Age, Time Played - WLPH usually has slightly older raiders with much more time played
- Non-Maxed Profession(s) and/or non-raid profession for class
- Non-Maxed Reputations
- Raid Progression - first 4 bosses in ICC 25 normal; WLPH focuses on 25 mans over 10 mans.
- Way over hit cap
- Cheap enchants on ~5 items
- World of Logs Report - Why would you choose a report of Sindragosa as a caster to show us your numbers?
