So now that we are just about at phase 3, we are going to have to start worrying about the enrage timer along with the mechanics of phase 3.

Lich King has 92.7mil if you subtract the 10% phase.
We did 51.7mil in 9 minutes 12 seconds which is roughly 56% of the damage needed to kill him.
This puts us behind the enrage timer BUT we did have Val'kyr Shadowguards drop a few people off the edge.
The solution(s):
- Everyone should be double potting, the most effective way would probably be to use both in phase 1.
- We need to cut down even more AoE moves in phase 1 in order to get out of that phase faster.
- Val'kyr Shadowguards need to be DPS'd down to 50% faster, we CANNOT lose people to this.
- We should be 5 healing this encounter, pretty sure Crucible, Jackslammer, Zsigmond, Digita and Darktwig can handle it.
- Everyones overall damage done should be higher. There are a few people ~2mil less than others. Look at the logs, you know who you are.
Lets kill this so we can have a nice long vacation before Cataclysm.
