His contention was that he had mostly 264+. Clearly such is not the case. He had mostly 251 and below.

NO HE HAS MOSTLY 251S AND ABOVE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE 251S AS A STARTING POINT, HE HAS MORE GEAR 251 AND HIGHER, RATHER THAN 251 AND LOWER.
