You didn't answer questions 11-12.
Your spec is wrong in so many ways. 3/3 Student of the Mind, 3/3 Arcane Fortitude, Slow, 1/3 Incanter's absorption. You chose these talents over 2% haste from that last point in nether-wind presence, Spell Impact... You didn't get Spell impact...., And you have no points in Arcane Stability or Magic Attunement.
You have a +1 Stamina enchant on your bracers, no Enchant on your cloak, no enchant on your shoulders, a really cheap enchant on your chest (I could understand if you had 8 stats instead of 10 stats at this time), a cheap enchant on your weapon, No buckle on your belt, for some reason your armory won't let me look at your helm, but you better hope you have an enchant on that.
Gems. You sir, are wrong. As an arcane mage, Red Sockets go to 19 SP, Yellow sockets go to 9 SP 8 Haste, And if you're a jewel-crafter your blues go to 32 SP, and if not, you can argue between SP/stam and SP/Spirit, but to be perfectly honest, Spirit doesn't play that much of a factor unless you play a Spirit/Haste/SP gear stacking mage, that uses mage armor and a mana heavy rotation.
You are very, very, very far over the hit cap. Look at it like this. In a 25 man raid you will have a spriest in any competitive guild, and there's a chance you'd find yourself with a shaman in your group as well. Hit cap is 17% - 6% from talents - 3% from Shadow priest brings you down to 8%. A draeni will bring you down to 7%. Right now, you sit at 12.24%. Perhaps that the best gear choice you have also happens to be stacked with hit. Regardless, there are many, many things which point to you either being lazy, or not knowing enough about your class.
