because of attendance. see us not getting into p3 yesterday after not pulling at all last week, even though we were wiping to frostmourne before that.

There is a very good chance that we have less than two months before 4.0 hits.

if cata comes out in nov, we probably only have until some time in oct before 4.0 drops to make a kill before it becomes irrelevant (or at least incomparable to a pre-4.0 kill). that's all the more reason we should try to make a good push before then.

Last night, there were a good number of extra people at the start of raid. However, when we needed people to cover AFKs or computer issues, no one was around.

but they were around. we probably need a more organized way to keep track of who's around and ready but not in raid. it could be something like a waitlist channel in game (boot people that aren't waitlisting), or just keeping them in group 6-8 (my pref option, honestly, just set your raid frames to ignore 6-8)
