Try being upbeat and responding to disappointment and trying to keep everyone happy, we'll see if your tone changes on all of your comments.

I dont want to keep knockin on the guy but here's a raider we were all for getting rid of. As far as I'm concerned he doesn't bring anything to the table in a leadership capacity. You've given someone an officer rank and they start kicking people for using "vulgar" language. When did WLPH become concerned with that? Cuno has brought more rage to vent than constructive criticism. Those are examples of things that are not conducive to improving the guild and overcoming the giant obstacle thats been kicking the guild in the ass these past six months.

Furly offers more helpful advise to the raid than anyone in an officer position and what credit do we give him? We turn around and tell him to shut up or to stop getting so excited. Alyse and Jack are the only two people who have really earned the positions in the guild that you gave them.

Furly also randomly shows up and is gone for weeks at a time, how am I supposed to work with that? Rootbear's earned his spot, so had Aragon and Cuno. Thats not to say I do not value furly's opinion, I hold it in high esteem, but that doesn't mean I'm going to promote him.

You're right, I want to fucking play in an environment where people are constantly ridiculing others to the point that jobs are at stake. We're supposed to be friends here, not enemies waiting for people to say one wrong thing that was meant to be helpful to the guild only to have a couple of faggets use it after they were asked to stop ending up in possibly getting someone fired. Indeed. Despite the reasons I have for being unhappy with the guild it has been a part of my life for the last two years. It meant something to me and it still does.

I'm not angry just pissed off that I'm responding to a forum post of someone thats putting nothing towards helping WLPH and doesn't even realize it.

No, I don't expect any of you time Abe. But what I might expect is that if someone offers an opinion you disagree with you might at least appear to be taking it in. Or at very least should you decide to respond that your response not be overwhelmingly insulting without just cause.

I listen to everything that gets told to me, whether I act on it or not is a different story. I dont have the time or patience right now to handle everyones nickel of comments, unless they are the ones contributing. If I spend all my time to people that do not even raid, where does that leave me?
