as far as i can see solid exp, gear, and dmg
couple of things i disagree with on ur gear but nothing major
We have 3 good mages atm but ones attendance has been flaky the las tof couple of weeks, he is supposed to be back now
Still there are a couple of ranged dps spots we need to replace/fill and i think u would be a great fit for them
