Park in the ghetto with your car unlocked at midnight, no matter how advanced your car alarm system is your car is getting jacked. The 9/11 commission concluded the cause was an intelligence disaster and not at all a security issue, apparently a handful of the hijackers were even living nearby the CIA headquarters for years.
