We won't be capable of trialing someone for another month or more. RIght now all we can do is look at someone's app and armory and tell them that they look decent on paper and if they want they can join guild and cross fingers for a raid spot in a few weeks. That's pretty flimsy IMO.
Hell, we don't even know what kinds of classes we need yet.
