I'm worried more about the mentality than the actual scheduling. While there are quite a few new people that have joined us since our hardcore SWP days, most of the people who raid with us now were showing up then and any new people have been told what our "usual" raid times are.
My bigger concern is this... The week before our first Sarth 3D kill, we spent two hours on attempts and then people complained and we gave up and one shot 2D. Two hours. What kind of dedication is that? We spent weeks of night after night after night on Muru. If Uldar is a hard as Sarth 3D was and people have the same attitude, it will take us forever to progress. If Uldar is as hard as SWP, we'd be screwed.
I worry that the ease of content has made people content to not have to work for anything. I hope that Uldar requires a good deal of effort and that people step up to the challenge.
