I am just a university student, but I've lived in waterloo since I started university.
Never drank at Phils, but I can't say my leg hasn't been pissed on at some point.
It might be poor wiring at the house, but I think the snow was dense enough that it brought the wiring down. Like I had a awkward wire dangling at my window when I woke up. I didn't touch it for fear of being electracuted but, I imagine it's not suppose to be there. Called landlord last night and he said he contacted electricians for the morning.
