That's exactly what I meant. In my posts to him, I was sure to tell him that experience and lack of gear were two problems that we just couldn't fix. Well, this is the one point I had to address. Obvious lack of core knowledge is not something you can determine just by looking at my armory gear. I keep up to date on information about my class (even when my account wasn't active) and change my loadout. Like I said, if I'm not actively raiding I'm not going to be worried about reforging the second I get a piece of new gear. I may not be very experienced in Cataclysm raiding, but I did raid all through WotLK after being a BC baby. I may be beyond your HM alt runs, but if there's nothing you're willing to do to trial new potential raiders then there's nothing I can do. Apologies for not being able to raid with a serious guild the moment I hit 85.
