I want to address another point. 28 people log on for a 25 person raid. 3 people need to be sat. If you are one of those 3 people, it does not mean we want you to leave or join another guild. When I get whispers from people tat get sat saying "So I should start looking for another guild?" it makes me question if those people have ever raided in a serious guild. This was a tough tier for this guild. Abe's hiatus meant raid-leading fell into my unwilling hands, and half the time I'd have to shout over Alaska to be heard. We're getting back on track though. People need to realize that we need more than 25 raiders, and that we can't appease everyone all the time and that you sometimes have to just take one for the guild, and that it doesn't mean you're losing your raid spot.

Going into Firelands I want people to actually take raiding seriously so we don't have a repeat of this tier. That means being more mature as well.
